How It Works: From Data to Dialogue
Persona profiles can be created on (segmentation) survey data, any context data available and even qualitative insights.
First, we establish the purpose of the PersonaBot and then we collect the right input, including the 5Ws: Who (demos), Why (motivations), What (categories, brands used), Where, When, and any other relevant info. Next, we create the persona prompts: a set of instructions and information given to the AI to guide its interaction and responses as a specific persona. These include: context, persona details, interaction guidelines, additional context from qualitative, and so on. Ipsos Facto, the Ipsos GenAI platform, guarantees full safety of any data used. Finally, the personas are uploaded to a digital platform for all client stakeholders to leverage.
Stakeholders can communicate with these personas (or ‘target segments’) as if they were real people via a secure GenAI portal. Personas can be questioned individually or together, in the style of a focus group (Roundtable). Already by asking straightforward question, such as ‘what do you like in the category’, the user can get a good idea of what needs consumers have, what kind of products they use, etc..
