On the programme

  • Module 1: From AI chatbots to AI operating systems
    • Understand the shift from isolated tools to connected, autonomous systems.
    • We map the three levels of AI maturity in marketing and identify your organisation's position and next steps.
    • You will see what level 3 looks like in practice: automated campaign reporting, continuous competitive monitoring, personalised communications at scale.
  • Module 2: Navigating the AI agent landscape
    • Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity: what each platform does well, where its limits are, and how each positions itself as an AI Operating System.
    • You will develop a framework to evaluate these tools against your IT environment, data privacy requirements and marketing use cases.
  • Module 3: Prompting with purpose
    • Master structured instruction techniques that deliver consistent, high-quality outputs.
    • Learn the anatomy of effective prompts, when to use different model types, and how to build a reusable prompt library organised by task type and brand voice requirements.
  • Module 4: Building your AI operating system (hands-on workshop)
    • Create a Project dedicated to your client, campaign or brand context.
    • Configure instructions, reference files, tone of voice and business logic.
    • Produce reusable marketing deliverables using Artefacts.
    • Every participant builds a functional AIOS structure they can use immediately.
  • Module 5: Custom skills and workflow automation (hands-on workshop)
    • Build custom Skills that encode your brand voice and working methods.
    • Connect your AIOS to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or other tools in your stack.
    • Automate complete workflows combining Projects, Skills and connectors.
    • Every participant leaves with an integrated, working system.
