About the Role

We are looking for an Adobe Campaign Marketing Expert with 5 years of experience, working on marketing automation to join our growing team.

One of our leading banking clients is switching the campaign creation process (Email, SMS, Paper Mail, and other forms of communication) to Adobe Campaign Classic.

You are going to be spearheading the transition around this migration. You will be following the progress of the migration of the campaigns on Adobe Campaign Classic, helping the marketing team with their questions about the tooling, upskilling the team on a variety of features and functionalities, fixing any bugs on Adobe Campaign Classic by monitoring any issues and checking in with the technical team.

You will be working on some of the most challenging and impactful projects across our banking and financial services clients. You will contribute to designing customer journeys and workflows, as well as automation with marketing managers.

You will:

• Manage the transition of campaign creation into Adobe Campaign Classic
• Monitor customer journeys and workflow together with the marketing team
• Fix issues in Adobe Campaign Classic, logged by the business users
• Customize current tooling based on business needs
• Share your expertise with other marketing managers across the business to support the transition and learning of Adobe Campaign
• Coordinate with the technical team on new API releases in Adobe to integrate other distributed applications
• Upskill the marketing team to leverage Adobe Campaign Classic to its fullest potential
• Support the marketing team in the migration of marketing campaigns from old tools to Adobe Campaign Classic
• Coach the marketing team on the features, functionalities, and interface of Adobe Campaign Classic
• Streamline, standardize, and consolidate the marketing campaign process within the bank

You bring to the table:

• 5 years of experience with Adobe Campaign Classic
• Designed workflow and customer journeys within Banking or FinTech
• Independence and ability to plan your own work based on project requirements
• Strategic thinking around aligning the current user journeys and workflows
• Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams
• Stakeholder management (being able to communicate with various different stakeholders, managing roadblocks and frustrations, etc.)

Language Skills

Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch

Other Skills

• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a great plus for us.
